Returns and Exchanges
For refunds or exchanges, please email info@NectarLingerie.com within 14 Days*. Please include the items you wish to return or exchange, the order number, and the reason for the return. We do not except returns without prior notice. Please insure garments fit before removing any of the tags. As each designer can fit differently, please ensure you check the fit guide for each item. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us by email (email@example.com) or by calling customer service at 604.881.4803. We would be happy to help guide you.
For items to be eligible for a refund or exchange they must be in their original unworn condition with the original tags intact. Any garments that have had the tags removed, have been worn, washed, marked, damaged or affected by odours (including perfume and cigarette smoke) are non-returnable. On applicable items, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less the amount of shipping. Items purchased with a credit note or gift card may only be exchanged for a credit note. Faulty goods or items shipped in error will be replaced and you will be reimbursed for the cost of return shipping.
Great care is taken when we pack your order. When sending a return, please insure the same care is taken to prevent damage in shipping. Please ensure that items are neatly folded. Some fabrics and garments containing boning and padding can be irreparably damaged by folding and/or crushing. Please take extra care with these items. If you have any questions on the best method to pack the items you are returning, please do not hesitate to ask. You may contact customer service at 604.881.4803 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Nectar Lingerie is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping on their return to us or items that were not shipped with proper postage. Please insure that you choose a shipping method with a tracking number and that the items are properly insured. Please insure that all packages are clearly labeled and properly sealed.
Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was shipped in error or is faulty. All items will be inspected upon arrival. We have the right to refuse items that do not meet our exchange and return policy guide lines. Once the eligible items have arrived, the return or exchange will be processed. You will receive email notification that the items have arrived and the when the status changes. Please allow up to a week for the return of exchange to be processed.
Faulty goods will be replaced and you will be reimbursed for the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions to the return policy:
Panties are a final sale for hygienic reasons. All panties or sets including panties will be a final sale for this reason.
Made to order and Bespoke pieces are specifically for you when the order is placed. For this reason they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Faulty items will be replaced and you will be refunded the amount of the return shipping.
Hosiery and packaged goods must be unopened to be considered eligible for a return.
*Returns or exchanges will be processed for 14 days from day it was originally attempted to be delivered or was available for pick up. We are not responsible for items not picked up within a timely fashion.
